Single Cell Voltage Measure Method for LiFePO4 Pack

Some people in this forum ask for the easiest method to check single cell voltage from the pack, so I attach some pictures for people to refer to if I may.

Now YESA batteries have two kinds of BMS: Battery pack produced before Nov 20^th is the first generation BMS: IC control BMS, and after then the BMS is the second generation BMS: CPU control BMS.

For the IC control BMS, you need to get the hot-melt adhesive off the jointing point, then check the voltage between the jointing point.

For the CPU control BMS, you can simply check the voltage between the resistance.

The voltage between 'B-' and B+1 is the first cell voltage, the voltage between B+1 and B+2 is the second cell voltage, the voltage between B+2 and B+3 is the third cell voltage, etc
