Ⅱ.The Replacement of The Battery Cell

The Replacement of The Battery Cell

1.Use forfex or forceps cut down the nickel patch which connected  with the bad cell. In order to avoid damaging the pack insulating case and cause the short circuit of battery, make sure the forfex or forceps did not touch the cell main body.

2.Cut down the adhesive tape around the pack and open up the pack. Please do not use any metal tool to open the pack, since it may destroy the pack insulating case and cause short circuit.

3.Take away the bad cell and replace the new one in, put the epoxy board back in the right position for insulator.

4.Seal the nickel patch with the stannum joining by using thickness 1.5 mm lead to replace it.

5.When the replacement action is finished, fully charge the battery, and then check the cell voltage with different cells. If the cell occure too high voltage, use about 220/5W resistance to discharge until it is OK. If the voltage is too low, you can use constant power and modulate the voltage to 3.9V/2A current to charge it. Use the same method to modulate the new cell to have the same voltage with other cells.
