1).Please fill in the <Sample Order>, we will send you PI(Proforma Invoice) by E-mail for confirmation.
2).We will ship out the product out after payment received, tracking number will be sent to your E-mail soon when ship out.

Warranty
Pack:
Battery pack should be used in appropriate way. Warranty 12 months. Inappropriate usages are beyond warranty.
The use of inappropriate status：
1.Any restriction exceed in the specification.
2.Short circuit.
3.Collision damage.
4.Random connected batteries in series or parallel.
5.Charge with unqualified or incorrect charger.
6.Uncharged battery even than two months.
7.Detach or rebuild the assembly without authorization.
Cell:
Battery cell users should comply with the restrictions of the specification. Warranty 3 months. Inappropriate usages are beyond warranty.
The use of inappropriate status：
1.Short circuit connection.
2.Collision damage.
3.Used without BMS or non-available BMS.
4.Charged with unqualified or incorrect charger.
5.Uncharged cell even more than two months.
